(DD) Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award

 

To be awarded the Dental Development Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award, a Dental Practice must have been rated good or excellent on all areas in the Patient Satisfaction Survey by 95% of patients. In addition no area in the Patient Satisfaction Survey can be rated lower that good.

 

The award is valued for a year. To maintain the Award the practice will undergo the survey once a year. The survey will be completed over one working week.

 

Once a dental practice has been awarded Patient Satisfaction Award this greatly benefits the practice images, gives the members of staff an additional pride in their practice and gives both current and new patients the confident that they the patient greatly matter to the dental practice.
